طبق دستورالعملی که در مورخه 20 خرداد 1402 توسط معاونت حقوقی ریاست جمهوری به وزیر راه و شهرسازی ابلاغ شده است، اشخاصی که ثبت سفارش خودروهای آنان تا پایان سال 1401 تایید شده است، امکان شمارهگذاری و ترخیص خودروها را خواهند داشت.
متن دستورالعمل ابلاغی بدین شرح است:
از معاونت حقوقی ریاست جمهوری
به جناب آقای مهندس بذرپاش، وزیر محترم راه و شهرسازی
با سلام و احترام؛
پیرو نامه شماره 48011/224046 مورخ 1401/12/23 و بازگشت به نامه شماره 191093/100/03 مورخ 1401/11/25، اعلام میدارد با توجه به تفاهم صورت گرفته در جلسه مورخه 1402/03/20 با حضور نمایندگان وزارت راه و شهرسازی و صنعت، معدن و تجارت و در تکمیل نظر اعلامی معاونت، مقرر شد:
سازمان راهداری و حمل و نقل جادهای در خصوص اشخاصی که ثبت سفارش آنها (خودروهای موضوع بند (ث) ماده (30) قانون احکام دائمی برنامههای توسعه) تا انتهای سال 1401 تایید شده است، براساس آیین نامه اجرایی قانون مذکور نسبت به ایجاد امکان ویرایش و تمدید ثبت سفارش خودروهای مذکور اقدام و وزارت صنعت، معدن و تجارت نیز با رعایت نامه شماره 48011/36589 مورخ 1402/03/03 این معاونت اقدام لازم را در خصوص شمارهگذاری و ترخیص خودروهای مذکور انجام دهد.
همچنین مقرر شد تصویب آیین اجرایی جزء (ص) تبصره (7) قانون بودجه سال 1402 و تبصره (7) ماده (10) قانون سازماندهی صنعت خودرو با قید فوریت توسط وزارت صنعت، معدن و تجارت پیگیری شود.
