در هشتمین جلسه شورای راهبردی نوسازی و توسعه ناوگان سازمان راهداری و حمل‌ونقل جاده‌ای وزارت راه و شهرسازی که در تاریخ 24 خرداد ماه 1402 تشکیل گردید، در اجرای نظریه شماره 48011.45230 مورخ 20 خرداد 1402 معاونت محترم حقوقی ریاست جمهوری (معاونت امور حقوقی دولت) در رابطه با تمدید و ویرایش ثبت سفارش‌های واردات کامیون‌های موضوع بند (ث) ماده (30) قانون احکام دائمی برنامه‌های توسعه کشور که تا پایان سال 1401 تایید شده‌اند، مقرر گردید:
ستاد مدیریت حمل‌ونقل و سوخت از طریق سامانه‌های مربوط، صرفا نسبت به تمدید و ویرایش سفارش‌های موضوع نظریه یاد شده اقدام و مشخصات کامیون‌های وارداتی و مالکان آن (در صورت وجود) را با فراهم نمودن دسترسی به سامانه RPF به وزارت صنعت، معدن و تجارت ارسال نماید تا وزارت یاد شده اقدام لازم را در خصوص ترخیص و شماره‌گذاری خودروهای موصوف برابر ضوابط و مقرارت حاکم معمول دارد.
